The 3 confirmed cases in Hamyang were all classified as numbers 1739 to 1741 after testing positive following contact with confirmed cases in Ulsan.
In Gimhae, one person related to a foreign family gathering and one person with an unknown infection route were classified as numbers 1743 and 1744, respectively.
The one confirmed case in Yangsan also has an unknown infection route and is under investigation, classified as number 1738.
The one confirmed case in Jinju was a contact of a confirmed case within the province and was classified as number 1742.
Accordingly, the total cumulative confirmed cases in the province increased to 1,741 (290 hospitalized, 1,445 discharged, 6 deceased).
