[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jun-yi] Daelim Construction announced on the 30th that it has signed a contract worth 138.15912 billion KRW with the Pyeongtaek Hwayang District Urban Development Project Association for the land development construction of the Hwayang District urban development project site in Hyeondeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province.
The contract amount is 10.79% of last year's sales. The contract period is 48 months from the start date.
