Galaxy S21 Official Case Renderings Leaked
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The Galaxy S21 Plus will feature a display with the edges on both sides removed and thinner bezels.
On the 29th (local time), looking at the Galaxy S21+ device photos revealed by Twitter user MauriQHD, the flat display and thinner bezels compared to the previous model stand out. The front camera is equipped as a punch-hole but is slightly smaller than the previous model.
The rear color and the camera bump (katuktu, camera protrusion) have been softened, and the rear camera design is not significantly different from previously leaked rendering images. The device in the released photos has stickers attached, suggesting it is an internal test product rather than a retail version.
The Galaxy S21+ features a 6.7-inch screen, a 64-megapixel triple camera, and is equipped with either the Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100. It will be available in violet, gray, white, and pink colors. The price is expected to be $1,099 (approximately 1.2 million KRW), which is more than 100,000 KRW cheaper than the previous model.
Along with this, official case images for the Galaxy S21 series have also been leaked. Twitter user Ishan Agarwal revealed Samsung Electronics' flip case, stand case, clear case, leather case, and silicone case for the Galaxy S21.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra model will support the S Pen. Since the device itself does not have a storage slot, a case that can store the S Pen will be released. Ishan Agarwal explained, "The case for the Ultra model will be longer in width to accommodate the S Pen." The case prices have not been disclosed.
The Galaxy S21 will be unveiled at the Unpacked event on the 14th of next month, with pre-orders starting on the same day and a global official release expected on the 29th of the same month. The Galaxy S21 will come in three models: the 6.2-inch Galaxy S21, the 6.7-inch Galaxy S21 Plus, and the 6.8-inch Galaxy S21 Ultra.
