According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's individual land price survey, land prices along Mallijae-ro in Gongdeok-dong have been rising steeply, and local real estate officials expect an even greater increase if the Sinansan Line 'Mallijae Station' is confirmed.
