[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Mesh Korea (CEO Yoo Jung-beom), which operates the delivery agency service 'Vroong,' announced on the 28th that it has proactively carried out organizational restructuring and external personnel recruitment ahead of 2021.
Mesh Korea explained that this organizational restructuring was implemented to integrate key business functions and strengthen business capabilities by recruiting capable external personnel to lead business growth.
First, Han Kwang-hee, who previously headed the Sales Division, was appointed as Chief Business Officer (CBO). Han, a global sales and network expert who served as head of business for China CJ CGV and CJ CheilJedang, will lead the newly established Growth Business Division, which integrates the four-wheel business functions of the Logistics Operations Division and the Strategic Business Division.
In addition, Mesh Korea newly appointed accountant Kang Dae-jun, who had served as a management advisor, as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Kang will perform various roles to activate interdepartmental interactions, manage investment-related tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency at Mesh Korea.
Furthermore, a Logistics Consulting Division was newly established to meet the logistics consulting demands of various companies, accumulate capabilities, and commercialize the business. This division will be led by Director Seo Byung-kyo. Additionally, the Delivery Optimization Team and Vroong TMS Engine Team were newly created to focus on technological advancement.
