According to real estate research firm Dr. Apartment on the 27th, from the 28th to January 3, 2021, a total of 6,302 households will be supplied in 8 complexes nationwide. Model houses are scheduled to open in 6 locations.
First, on the 28th, subscription applications will begin for one site: Yangju Hoecheon A17 Block Newlywed Hope Town (public sale).
The A17 Block Newlywed Hope Town is a complex built by Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) in Deokgye-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi Province. It is a public housing specialized for newlyweds, applying highly preferred 55㎡ and 59㎡ units to all households, supporting childcare and education-related community facilities and services. Inside, there are shared childcare rooms, daycare centers, resident exercise facilities, and Moms Stations. To ensure residents' comfortable and convenient living, ventilation systems are applied to each household. Additionally, a flexible wall design is implemented to efficiently use space according to the child's life cycle, and soundproof functional flooring materials are applied to reduce concerns about noise between floors.
On the 29th, subscription applications will start for six locations: Hillstate Lishuvil Gangil, Pyeongtaek Hillstate Godeok Central (mixed-use complex), Hwaseong Bongdam 2 District Jungheung S-Class 3rd Edu City (A5 Block) and Edu Foret (C1 Block), Cheongju Gagyeong I-Park 5th Complex, and Gwangyang Gayasan Hanla Vivaldi Premier.
Hillstate Lishuvil Gangil is a complex built by Hyundai Construction and Gyeryong Construction in Gangil-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, Godeok Gangil District 5 Block, supplying 809 households with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 101㎡. It is adjacent to Olympic-daero, Capital Region 1st Circular Expressway, and Seoul Yangyang Expressway, making it easy to access Seoul city center and nearby metropolitan areas. The subway Line 5 and Line 9 extension projects are underway, which will further improve public transportation convenience. Gangbit Elementary and Middle Schools (scheduled to open in the first half of 2021), Gangdong Middle School, and Eungaram Middle School are within a 10-minute walk for commuting.
Hillstate Godeok Central is a complex built by Hyundai Engineering in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi Province, on the mixed-use site Ebc-2 Block of the Godeok Internationalization Planning District. It consists of 3 buildings, from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground, with 660 households.
On the 30th, subscription applications will begin for one site: Gumi Expansion District Jungheung S-Class Edu Foret.
This week, six model houses are scheduled to open. Four locations?Hanwha Forena Incheon Yeonsu, Gangneung Xi Fine Venue, Gumi IC Kwangshin Progress, and Hillstate Gamsam Central (mixed-use complex and officetel)?will open physically, while Hanwha Forena Incheon Yeonsu and Bupyeong Castle & The Sharp First will operate as cyber model houses to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
