[Asia Economy Reporter Geum Bo-ryeong] HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 24th that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee worth 135.6 billion KRW for the Suwon Central I-Park Xi sales contract holders.
The debt guarantee amount is 5.0% of the consolidated equity as of the end of last year. The debt guarantee period is from January 15, 2021, to October 31, 2023.
