SH Corporation Supplies 1,479 Happy Housing Units Including The H Jae Gae Po


[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 24th that it will recruit tenants for a total of 1,479 units of Happy Housing across 27 complexes, including D.H. Jaigaepo, Bangbae Grand Jaai, and Gangdong Lien Park 11 and 14. The tenant recruitment announcement will be posted on the SH Corporation website at 4 p.m. on the 24th.


This supply will be made at 11 new complexes, including D.H. Jaigaepo, a station-area purchase-type property owned by Seoul City, and Samyang-dong Happy Housing, a multi-family property constructed by the corporation. Remaining vacant units located in nine autonomous districts of Seoul, such as Gangnam-gu and Gangdong-gu, are also included. In addition to the new supply, reconstruction and redevelopment properties such as Godeok Jaai, D.H. La Class, Bangbae Grand Jaai, and Bukhansan Doosan We've 2nd phase will be the main focus.


Happy Housing is rental housing supplied at 60-80% of the surrounding jeonse market price. The jeonse deposit and rent in this announcement range from 27.9 million to 262.4 million KRW and 88,000 to 830,000 KRW respectively, varying according to the type, category, and area of the complex.


Happy Housing is rental housing supplied to university students, youth, newlyweds, the elderly, and housing benefit recipients. Applicants must be members of a non-home-owning household who meet the qualification criteria as of the tenant recruitment announcement date and satisfy the required vehicle value, income, and asset conditions. This announcement supplies 193 units for university students, 307 units for youth, 695 units for newlyweds, 198 units for the elderly, and 86 units for housing benefit recipients.


Applications for subscription can be made online from January 6 to 8 next year. To prevent COVID-19 and ensure the safety of applicants, in-person applications will be replaced by postal applications. Postal applications are valid only if the registered mail arrives between January 6 and 11 next year.


The document screening candidates and winners will be announced on January 26 and May 12 next year, respectively, and move-in will be possible from July next year. Site maps, floor plans, detailed application schedules, and online application methods can be found on the SH Corporation website.
