[Bitcoin Now] Bitcoin Maintains Uptrend... Domestic and International Prices at 26.42 Million KRW and 23,590 USD

[Asia Economy Reporter Ji-hwan Park] Bitcoin, the number one cryptocurrency by market capitalization, showed an upward trend in both domestic and international markets.

According to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb on the 23rd, as of 5:38 PM, Bitcoin was priced at 26,423,000 KRW, up 1.16% (304,000 KRW) compared to 24 hours earlier. A total of 235.5 billion KRW worth of Bitcoin was traded during the day.

Other cryptocurrencies showed mixed price movements. Ethereum (0.58%) and Litecoin (0.65%) rose, while Bitcoin Cash (-2.15%) and EOS (-4.02%) declined.

In overseas markets, Bitcoin showed strength. According to cryptocurrency market data provider CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was priced at $23,590.16, up 3.74% from the previous day.

Ethereum (2.60%) and Tether (0.02%) increased, while Ripple (XRP) experienced a sharp decline of -21.42%.
