Daegwallyeong Music Festival 'Winter' Performance

The Gangwon Cultural Foundation announced that the 17th Pyeongchang Daegwallyeong Music Festival's 'Seasons of Gangwon: Winter' performance will be held online in a non-face-to-face format, featuring Son Yeol-eum's mini recital. Son Yeol-eum serves as the artistic director of the Pyeongchang Daegwallyeong Music Festival.

The 'Seasons of Gangwon ' performance will be streamed on the 'Daegwallyeong Music Festival' YouTube channel at 7 PM on the 23rd. Audiences can enjoy warm pieces suitable for the year-end performed live online by pianist Son Yeol-eum. She plans to communicate directly with the audience through real-time chat. Additionally, a pre-produced online ensemble video will be presented, compiling videos of members of the Pyeongchang Festival Orchestra?who are active in prestigious overseas orchestras?performing from their respective locations.

Artistic Director Son Yeol-eum stated, "It is very unfortunate, but safety is the top priority, so we have prepared an on-tact year-end concert that you can enjoy from home," adding, "I will do my best to create a feeling of being together through communication with the audience."

'Seasons of Gangwon' is a year-round program of the Pyeongchang Daegwallyeong Music Festival, hosted by Gangwon Province and organized by the Gangwon Cultural Foundation, with the winter edition being the festival's final program of the year.
