Fortunately, there were no casualties, but the accident damaged the rooftop railing of the apartment and seven vehicles parked within the complex.

The trolley is a type of pulley that adjusts the position of the hook used to move construction materials on the tower crane. The police are investigating the exact cause of the accident by questioning workers at the site.
