[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] Shinsegae Department Store announced on the 22nd that it will offer a ‘Christmas Free Gift Wrapping Service’ to customers who purchase over 100,000 KRW with a Shinsegae affiliated card on the same day at all stores until the 25th. This service, presented in collaboration with the gift wrapping specialist Hwang In-ja Wrapping Lab, has been enhanced by deploying professional wrapping staff. There are two types of wrapping available: two kinds of paper pouches and six options including two types each of Christmas-themed ribbons and ornaments. Shinsegae Department Store directly participated in the package design. The wrapping desk allows applications via kiosks to prevent queuing, and notifies customers of their turn through KakaoTalk to minimize contact between customers.
