[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Fund rating company FnGuide announced on the 22nd that it will launch ‘FundGuide,’ a free website providing various fund information.
According to FnGuide, FundGuide is a free website that allows general investors to search for funds easily and quickly and check related information. It offers various fund search methods based on different criteria. FundGuide classifies funds by various themes such as type, region, and theme for search, and provides same-day performance information. Additionally, it enables searching by pattern or ranking of fund characteristics over different periods, allowing investors to find desired fund information easily and intuitively.
The main services provided by FundGuide are largely composed of ‘Top Funds,’ which allows viewing fund characteristics such as performance and size by ranking; ‘Fund Search,’ which enables conditional searches based on various criteria; and ‘Fund Market Trends,’ where users can check fund trends and the latest news. Investors can also register funds of interest as favorite funds for separate monitoring, and a comparison function with similar funds having comparable characteristics is provided. Detailed information on Target Date Funds (TDF), which have recently attracted attention, can also be found in the TDF menu.
FnGuide stated, “Apart from sales sites that provide limited fund information, services that allow general investors to check various fund-related information for free are decreasing. FundGuide will serve as a guide to help investors make rational decisions by providing diverse information about funds.”
