1 Minute of Joy... Emart24 Unveils Limited Edition 'Coffee Bean Cup' That Changes Color with Temperature


[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Emart24 announced on the 22nd that it will introduce a year-end season limited coffee bean cup featuring a design that changes color according to temperature.


The season limited cup is a coffee container designed so that when hot Americano coffee extracted from the coffee bean machine is poured into the cup and the temperature rises, the dark design brightens and the silhouette of Santa Claus riding Rudolph's sleigh becomes clear.


Emart24, aiming to provide customers with small pleasures for the year-end, focused on the behavior of customers who stare blankly at the coffee cup during the time coffee is being extracted from the coffee bean machine.


Emart24 planned this event with the desire to offer unexpected enjoyment to customers even during the short one minute it takes to extract hot Americano, one of the most popular products among customers. Emart24's hot Americano is a bestseller product with over 10 million cups sold this year.


At franchise stores, when ordering the Ifresso hot Americano coffee cup as usual, the cup will be supplied as a color change cup instead of the existing cup, allowing customers to experience it during the year-end season. Once all 500,000 prepared cups are sold out, the supply will revert to the original cups.


Emart24's strategy is to provide enjoyment through a small event to customers who have made sharing their daily lives on social networking services (SNS) or promoting unique products and events a habit, while naturally promoting Ifresso coffee beans.


Along with the season limited cup, Emart24 is also running a promotion until the end of the year offering a 500 won discount when paying for Emart24 coffee beans with SSG Pay. This means customers can enjoy Ifresso hot Americano for 500 won when paying with SSG Pay.
