The two new products released by Il룸 this time are functional items tailored perfectly to children, from desk height to angle: the 'Jerome Motion Desk,' which will be a child's first motion desk, and the 'Tied Storage Bed,' which maximizes storage space with a cute point safety guard to enhance space efficiency. These were planned to support children just starting their studies and to create an environment where children can live upright and comfortably.
The Jerome Motion Desk is a functional desk that helps establish proper posture habits according to the child's growth and activities. The desk height can be adjusted delicately from 467mm, the height of a toddler's desk, to 857mm, the height of a children's standing desk, allowing it to fit the child's body type and growth.
It can be easily adjusted with an automatic button and includes a lock function so children can use it safely on their own. The desk's angle adjustment function allows the tabletop to tilt up to 45 degrees, helping children maintain correct posture while reading books or solving workbooks on the desk, thereby enhancing concentration. Meanwhile, the Jerome Motion Desk features the bright yellow 'Illuminating' color, selected as Pantone's Color of the Year 2021 by the global color research institute Pantone, adding vitality to the child's room.
The 'Tied Storage Bed' is optimized for efficient space utilization and also features a lovely design. It provides ample storage space with a large bunk storage under the mattress and three deep drawers at the front of the bed, allowing narrow spaces to be used more widely.
Depending on the child's personality and preferences, it is characterized by an option to select a cushion step that helps safely get on and off the bed, centered around a soft and cute cloud-shaped guard that minimizes children's falls. It is suitable not only for storage space but also as a cute design product for children dreaming of sleeping independently upon entering school.
An Il룸 official said, "We have introduced a new children's room series that can be used consistently from a young age through after entering school for parents and children who are already thinking about decorating the student's room before admission," adding, "With more time spent at home due to COVID-19, we hope children can use their rooms efficiently through Il룸 and study and rest more comfortably in their own space."
