BeautyTalk is an ontact chat service where professional staff from Able C&C’s offline stores, such as Missha and Nunk, directly consult customers online about their skin concerns and cosmetics.
After launching the comprehensive cosmetics online mall app ‘Nunk’ operated by Able C&C, customers can touch BeautyTalk at the bottom right corner to connect one-on-one with store staff. Customers can freely inquire about their skin concerns or product questions and purchase recommended products immediately.
The company expects that the launch of BeautyTalk will not only strengthen the O2O service connecting online and offline but also activate online revenue sharing with franchise stores. During the beta service period, the company plans to collect various feedback from customers using BeautyTalk to improve quality and officially launch the service within the first quarter of next year.
Various promotions have also been prepared. Customers who consult through BeautyTalk can receive a ‘BeautyTalk Surprise Coupon’ offering up to 30% discount on product purchases. A comment event, where 20 customers who write reviews will be selected by lottery to receive 5,000 mileage points usable like cash, will run until the 27th of this month.
