Vice President An Heungguk of the Rehouse Business Division was promoted to President. President An joined Hanssem in 1990 through the new employee recruitment and has worked across manufacturing, logistics, and purchasing.
Kim Yongha, Managing Director of the Interior Business Division, was promoted to Executive Director. Executive Director Kim was recognized for his leadership in opening Hanssem Design Park Giheung branch in April and Anseong branch in November. Ten employees with outstanding performance received special promotions.
Hanssem explained that, as the recovery trend in performance continues through strengthening the competitiveness of each business division, it conducted performance-centered personnel appointments, including expanding the number of promotion candidates.
Hanssem is shifting its management system from a CEO-centered structure to a business division-centered one. The newly promoted President An Heungguk, Executive Director Kim Yongha, and Managing Director Kim Taewook are heads of Hanssem’s core business divisions.
Hanssem also carried out an organizational restructuring to lead innovation in products, quality, and services.
The existing Design Office was expanded from a department level to a division level, and a new SCM (Supply Chain Management) Division was established by integrating manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics. The company also expanded the development of female managers, such as appointing female executive Kim Yoonhee as head of the Design Division.
