Digital convergence company PCN Co., Ltd. (PCN, CEO Song Gwangheon) announced on the 18th that it has been selected as a '2020 Family-Friendly Certified Company' by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The Family-Friendly Certified Company program is a certification system that recognizes companies that exemplary practice support for childbirth and child-rearing, flexible working systems, and the creation of a family-friendly workplace culture to help employees balance work and family life. It has been implemented by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family since 2008.
