Ilseong Construction Decides on Debt Guarantee Worth 34.2 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Junhyung] Ilseong Construction announced on the 18th that it has decided to provide a debt guarantee worth 34.2 billion KRW for the buyers of the newly constructed urban lifestyle housing project in Hanam Gamil District.

The debt guarantee amount is 37.53% of the company's equity capital (91.1 billion KRW) and 130% of the buyers' interim payment loan limit of 26.3 billion KRW.
