Oven-fried chicken brand Puradak Chicken announced that it will launch three new 'Wing Combo' sets and 'Fried Tteokbokki (Toowoomba)' as new menu items on the 24th.
The newly released Puradak Wing Combo sets include 'Gochu Mayo Wing Combo', 'Toowoomba Wing Combo', and 'General Hot Wing Combo'. These menus feature Puradak Chicken's best-selling items?'Gochu Mayo Chicken', 'Toowoomba Chicken', and 'General Hot Chicken'?served with juicy and tender wing and drumette parts.
Puradak Gochu Mayo Chicken is a menu created from the combination of savory mayonnaise and spicy green chili peppers, offering a blend of spiciness, softness, nuttiness, sweetness, and tanginess. As of last October, it surpassed 4 million units in cumulative sales. Additionally, Toowoomba Chicken recorded high sales immediately after its release in November, causing temporary nationwide stock shortages at franchise stores, and it continues to be a highly favored menu item among consumers.
The side menu Fried Tteokbokki (Toowoomba), released alongside the Wing Combo sets, features bite-sized rice cakes fried and tossed in Puradak Toowoomba sauce, creating a spicy and savory tteokbokki dish. Since it uses the 'tteok' topping from the Toowoomba Chicken set, consumers have been eagerly anticipating its release.
A Puradak representative stated, "Due to customer requests to enjoy Puradak's popular menu items in wing parts, we decided to release these three popular items as Wing Combos," adding, "With the launch of these three Wing Combos, we have strengthened Puradak's Wing Combo lineup, and we hope customers will enjoy a variety of delicious Wing Combos according to their preferences."
Meanwhile, Puradak Chicken's new Wing Combo sets and Fried Tteokbokki (Toowoomba) will be available at Puradak Chicken franchise stores nationwide starting on the 24th.
