The 'Le Premier' residential service at e-Pyeonhansesang Bupyeong Grand Hills is divided into three categories.
First, the SPECIALIZED service (paid service) offers services that enhance residents' quality of life, including helper services, market services, car sharing, on-site car wash services, health services, pet care services, moving services, life care, delivery services, and home care services.
Second, the SECRETARY service provides concierge services, life care services, travel and cultural reservation services, convenience services, and event services, which will be offered free of charge for two years from the time of move-in.
