Cleanbell announced on the 17th that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 6th at its headquarters in Seoul Startup Hub, Mapo-gu, Seoul, with Rainbow Clean, a professional cleaning company in the metropolitan area, regarding the 'Cleanbell Premium Cleaning Division Team 2.' Accordingly, the premium cleaning division will establish a more systematic system including △ deployment of professional full-time employees with over 3 years of cleaning site experience △ cleaning one house per day △ use of high-end steam equipment and eco-friendly, natural detergents.
Cleanbell is a cleaning specialist platform connecting 130,000 users nationwide with over 500 cleaning companies. Users can be guided to excellent local companies based on cleaning company rankings, user reviews, and satisfaction surveys.
In particular, the Cleanbell Premium Cleaning Division is a professional cleaning team that provides apartment move-in and move-out cleaning services. After officially launching with the cleaning company Oh My Clean, it gained popularity immediately after being featured in the 'Extreme Jobs: Cleaning Battle' episode aired on EBS in March last year. Inquiries poured in asking "Where is the cleaning team that appeared in the broadcast?"

They plan to introduce a thorough inspection system after cleaning, starting with one-on-one customized consultations by CEO Jung Jaehoon, a cleaning veteran, aiming for a perfect customer satisfaction score of 100. CEO Jung said, "As a premium company, we will compete with the best quality in systems, equipment, and supplies," adding, "We operate so that the same full-time employee is assigned to clean each time."
