Apartment community facilities are rapidly evolving. Community amenities such as fitness centers, cafes, rooftop gardens, swimming pools, and saunas?once only seen in luxury apartments or hotels?are now commonly found in recently launched apartment complexes. An industry insider said, "In the post-COVID era, construction companies are providing various community facilities and services to enhance residents' quality of life," adding, "Landmark large complexes are introducing community facilities comparable to resorts or luxury hotels to captivate consumers."

According to the industry on the 15th, Ssangyong Construction's 'Ssangyong The Platinum Premier' currently being sold in Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, features resort-level amenities.

The complex includes a glamping park to enjoy within the premises and a rooftop garden offering expansive green views. Additionally, there is an outdoor pet garden where residents can play with their dogs, a water park in summer, and a play park that can be used as a playground in spring, autumn, and winter. Indoor community facilities are designed to support various hobbies of residents, including a multi-purpose indoor gym, Golf Plus Zone, Pilates, and a GX room.

For residents' convenience, a parking guidance system typically seen in luxury hotels, a dry self-car wash station within the complex, and a smart one-pass system allowing residents to enter from the communal entrance to their units using smartphones or smart keys without touching anything will also be implemented.

A representative from Ssangyong Construction stated, "This brand town, developed as the largest and best in Anseong-si, will feature the latest specialized designs suitable for the untact era and resort-level amenities." The complex will consist of 14 buildings with up to 32 floors above ground, offering 1,696 units ranging from 59 to 141 square meters in exclusive area.

Lotte Construction's 'Osan Lotte Castle Sky Park,' being sold in Osan, Gyeonggi-do, will have the largest community facilities in the region. The approximately 11,000 square meter community area will include Osan's first indoor swimming pool (including a children's pool), an indoor golf club, fitness center, and multi-court sports facilities. This complex will be composed of 18 buildings ranging from three basement levels to 23 floors above ground, with a total of 2,339 units.

Scheduled for occupancy in June next year, 'Seocho Gran Xi' in Seocho-gu, Seoul, will feature the country's first residents-only theater within the complex. A premium screening room (CGV Gold Class) exclusively for residents will be established in the community area, where they can enjoy a variety of content including the latest movies, musicals, operas, classical music, concerts, and live sports broadcasts.
