[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] KOSDAQ-listed company Eyesvision announced on the 14th that it will acquire 12 million shares of content company Brain Contents for 13.2 billion KRW.
After acquiring the shares, Eyesvision's stake in Brain Contents will be 7.6%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is February 5 of next year.
Regarding the purpose of this share acquisition, Eyesvision explained it as "strengthening corporate competitiveness through new business promotion and business diversification."
