GS Construction Launches Community Brand 'Zian B'

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] GS Construction's Xi is launching 'XIAN vie,' an integrated community service brand. It will establish a premium theater within the community at the level of CGV Gold Class and include play and experience spaces created by the childcare service 'Jjaegak Ag-eo.' Additionally, through collaboration with partner companies offering pet sitter reservations, laundry, car sharing, and more, it plans to open a new chapter in community services.

On the 10th, GS Construction announced the launch of 'XIAN vie,' an integrated community service for its premium apartment brand Xi. 'XIAN vie' is a compound word combining 'XIAN,' meaning 'people living in Xi,' and 'vie,' meaning life or lifestyle, signifying 'a special life for people living in Xi.'

Starting next year, Xi customers will be able to watch movies with their families in premium theaters at the CGV Gold Class level within XIAN vie, and enjoy dining, bakery, and caf? services provided by Ourhome in the sky lounge. Residents with young children can use discounted services from the childcare service 'Jjaegak Ag-eo,' while those seeking self-development can access discounted services from 'Class 101.' Furthermore, all services including pet sitter reservations, laundry, car sharing, and parcel delivery can be used through a single Xi integrated application.

GS Construction provides differentiated services through active partnerships with domestic content companies. On the 24th of last month, it signed a business agreement with CGV to establish premium theaters. In the residents' communal facilities of Songdo Xi Crystal Ocean, companies such as Ourhome, Jjaegak Ag-eo, and Class 101 offer various services.

These services can be continuously upgraded according to customer needs. They will be selectively applied based on the conditions of each complex and customer demands. However, all services can be easily and conveniently accessed through the 'Xi integrated app.' With the launch of XIAN vie, the existing community facility 'XIAN Center' will also be renamed 'Club XIAN.'

A GS Construction official stated, "XIAN vie will become a lifestyle culture integrated service brand leading lifestyle innovation and set a new standard for premium apartments."
