[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Vinatek announced on the 9th that it has decided to acquire 70,000 shares (100%) of Ace Creation, a manufacturer and seller of hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plates, for 700 million KRW.
The company explained, "This is to diversify business and create synergy through securing carbon bipolar plate technology for hydrogen fuel cells."
