GS Construction is attracting attention from buyers by planning to supply terrace houses in ‘Songdo Xi Crystal Ocean,’ scheduled for sale in December. A GS Construction official said, “To maximize the value of the location where the complex is built, we analyzed the sea view environment and comprehensively considered views and orientation to find the most suitable layout axis and reflected it in the design. Especially, terrace houses stand out as a strong advantage in line with the changing residential paradigm due to the resurgence of COVID-19, allowing residents to actively enjoy nature inside their homes without having to go out.”
