E&DD "No Truth to Discussions on Supplying to POSCO Chemical"

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] E&Di announced on the 4th in response to an inquiry disclosure regarding reports on discussions with POSCO Chemical about supplying key cathode precursors for secondary batteries, stating, "Our company and POSCO Chemical are conducting research and development through a government-funded project, but discussions related to supply are unfounded."

Regarding the expansion of production facilities, the company said, "We are considering expanding the production facilities for cathode active material precursors for secondary batteries, but nothing has been concretely decided yet," adding, "We will re-disclose when specific details are decided or within one month."
