[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) offers a special experience for local university students during the winter vacation.
The district is recruiting 30 university student part-time workers for next year from the 7th to the 11th.
This university student part-time job program is designed to provide social experience opportunities to local university students during the winter vacation and help with tuition fees. Selected students will gain experience in various field tasks such as administrative work assistance and civil service guidance at the district office, community service centers, and the facility management corporation from January 4 to 29 next year.
The recruitment target is 30 university students (including those on leave) registered as residents of Jungnang-gu as of December 7, 2020. Among them, 9 students (30%) will be separately selected from recipients of the National Basic Livelihood Security and lower-income groups.
Students who wish to participate can apply on the Jungnang-gu Office website.
The final participants will be selected through a computerized lottery under the supervision of observers to ensure fairness, and the results will be posted on the Jungnang-gu Office website and individually notified on the 22nd.
Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, “In the current situation where it is difficult to find part-time jobs due to COVID-19, I hope this short-term opportunity will be helpful to university students.
