Housing Finance Corporation Receives Ministry of Education Award for Excellence in Fair and Blind Recruitment

Awarded the Minister's Prize for Two Consecutive Years Following the 2019 Ministry of Economy and Finance Minister's Award

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Korea Housing Finance Corporation announced on the 4th that it was selected as an excellent institution in the public sector at the ‘2020 Fair Recruitment and Blind Recruitment Competition’ and received the Minister of Education Award.

Hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, this competition aims to discover and widely spread excellent cases of blind recruitment. It evaluated the introduction achievements and success factors of fair and blind recruitment, selecting a total of 16 excellent institutions in both private and public sectors.

HF Corporation received the Minister of Strategy and Finance Award last year and was honored to receive the ministerial award for two consecutive years. Through measures such as assigning blind IDs for each screening, disclosing evaluation results, and improving systems reflecting applicants’ opinions, it is creating a unique recruitment brand called ‘HF-type Blind Recruitment.’
