Housing Finance Corporation, "Fairly Selected" ... Excellence Award in Blind Recruitment from Minister of Education

Following Last Year's Ministry of Economy and Finance Minister Award, Consecutive Minister Awards for Two Years

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Lee Jeong-hwan) was selected as an excellent institution in the public sector at the '2020 Fair Recruitment and Blind Recruitment Competition' and received the 'Minister of Education Award.'

Hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, this competition was held to discover and widely promote excellent cases of blind recruitment.

By evaluating the achievements and success factors of fair and blind recruitment implementation, a total of 16 excellent institutions were selected from both the private and public sectors.

HF Corporation received the Minister of Strategy and Finance Award last year and has now won a ministerial award for two consecutive years. It is evaluated that through assigning blind IDs for each screening stage, disclosing evaluation results, and improving systems by reflecting applicants' opinions, HF has created a unique recruitment brand called 'HF-type blind recruitment.'
