[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Lotte Construction announced on the 4th that it conducted the ‘2020 Women Talent Leadership Forum’ as a non-face-to-face video training for female talents on the 3rd.
The Women Talent Leadership Forum was implemented to strengthen the capabilities and organizational management skills of female talents working at Lotte Construction. The main topics of the forum were diversity and inclusion required of leaders.
This forum featured lectures by external experts, focusing on the themes of ‘mind healing’ and ‘generation empathy and communication.’ In addition, as part of social distancing measures due to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), the training was conducted online while complying with quarantine guidelines.
Lotte Construction has continued female talent education for three years, following the ‘W Leadership Program’ in 2018 and the ‘Women-Up Program’ in 2019.
A Lotte Construction official said, “We are striving to create an environment where female talents can take pride and demonstrate their capabilities,” and added, “We will share the company’s commitment to fostering female leaders and make further efforts to enhance the pride of female talents.”
