Apartment with the Most November Subscription Savings Accounts, Daewoo E&C's 'Prugio'

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo In-ho] Among the private sale complexes that received subscription applications last November, Daewoo E&C's apartment brand Prugio had the highest number of first-priority subscription accounts.


Daewoo E&C announced on the 4th that after analyzing the subscription results from the Korea Real Estate Board, among the 31 private supply apartment complexes sold in November, the three designated complexes in Gwacheon and Hanam Gam-il Prugio Markver developed by Daewoo E&C received the most first-priority subscription accounts.

The complex with the highest number of subscription applications in November was Gwacheon Prugio Eoullim Lavieno, with a total of 190,409 subscription accounts submitted. This was followed by ▲Gwacheon Lesento Desiang (185,288 accounts) ▲Gam-il Prugio Markver (114,955 accounts) ▲Gwacheon Prugio Ortus (102,693 accounts), in that order.


Among these, Gwacheon Prugio Ortus recorded an average competition rate of 534.86 to 1, followed by Gwacheon Lesento Desiang, Gwacheon Prugio Eoullim Lavieno, and Gam-il Prugio Markver.


Daewoo E&C supplied 32,188 households up to November this year, and including the planned supply for December, it is expected to sell a total of 33,148 households this year.


Maegyo Station Prugio SK View, which was launched as the first sale in February, recorded an average competition rate of 145.7 to 1 and a highest competition rate of 227.8 to 1, while Daechi Prugio Summit, introduced in Daechi-dong, Seoul, recorded an average of 168.1 to 1 and a highest competition rate of 848 to 1.


A Daewoo E&C official said, “All complexes supplied to the market succeeded in sales, establishing the formula ‘Prugio = sales success,’ firmly imprinting the premium of the newly launched ‘New Prugio’ last year on consumers. Despite the unprecedented crisis caused by the novel coronavirus infection, we are striving to enhance market trust across all business sectors based on our position as the top competitor in the domestic housing sector.”
