According to the police on the 3rd, the Gangdong-gu Council website posted messenger content seeking obscene material and arranged meetings under the title "Accusing Councilman A" on the 1st. Currently, access to this bulletin board is blocked.
Councilman A reportedly requested the police to identify the distributor of the video the day before and claimed that the illegal footage and messenger content were all stolen and that someone seemed to have fabricated the incident to defame him.
