Busan Port Authority President Nam Ki-chan Inspects Gamcheon Port Quarantine Situation "Prevent Winter Safety Accidents"
On the 2nd, Nam Ki-chang, President of Busan Port Authority, and other executives visited Gamcheon Port in Busan to inspect port quarantine and safety management.

As the number of new COVID-19 cases nationwide recently exceeded 500, raising concerns about the spread among port workers through the region, the authority has implemented urgent measures to strengthen quarantine.
On the afternoon of the 2nd, President Nam Ki-chan visited Gamcheon Port to check the quarantine conditions at the port site and urged industry workers to strictly adhere to social distancing measures equivalent to those in the public sector.
He also requested BPA Gamcheon Office staff to focus on preventing winter port safety accidents that could occur due to changes in the working environment and activity restrictions caused by COVID-19.
