ESR Kendall Square REIT, Korea's First Logistics Specialized REIT, Successfully Completes Demand Forecast

ESR Kendall Square REIT announced on the 3rd that about 100 domestic and international institutional investors participated in the demand forecast held from the 25th of last month to the 2nd. Overseas institutional investors accounted for more than 40%, and about 95% of domestic institutional investors reportedly committed to lock-up agreements.

The general subscription volume of ESR Kendall Square REIT is 17.86 million shares, which is 25% of the total public offering volume of 71.45 million shares. General investor subscriptions will be conducted from the 4th to the 8th, and the listing on the KOSPI market is scheduled for the 23rd. General investor subscriptions can be made through Korea Investment & Securities, NH Investment & Securities, KB Securities, and Samsung Securities. The lead underwriters are Korea Investment & Securities, Citigroup Global Markets Securities, and Morgan Stanley International.
