[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Korea Employment Information Service will hold a career guidance seminar online on the 4th for employment center counselors nationwide and private employment service workers.
This event was organized to assist employment service workers who provide various life career development programs and counseling to job seekers.
The seminar will introduce the rapidly changing recruitment environment due to the 4th Industrial Revolution and the activation of non-face-to-face services, as well as the latest online employment support program implementation techniques, and share related employment service cases.
Counselors from employment service institutions such as nationwide employment centers and Saeil Centers who completed prior registration will participate in the seminar.
The event will be conducted as a real-time non-face-to-face interactive video conference, and recorded videos will be provided through the Employment Information Service Cyber Career Education Center (www.work.go.kr/cyberedu).
The seminar was planned as a field-oriented event composed of detailed topic lectures and case presentations so that corporate field experts can provide services that meet job seekers' needs.
In the special lectures and case presentations, cases of non-face-to-face employment service operations will be introduced to help field experts enhance their understanding of recent recruitment trends and non-face-to-face program implementation techniques.
Na Young-don, President of the Korea Employment Information Service, said, "I hope this seminar will contribute to providing essential employment services by strengthening the capabilities of field experts in the rapidly changing recruitment environment of the non-face-to-face era."
