GS Construction to Launch Newlywed Hope Town 'Wirye Xi The City' This Month

GS Construction to Launch Newlywed Hope Town 'Wirye Xi The City' This Month View of Wirye Ja-i The City.

[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] GS Construction announced on the 3rd that it plans to launch sales of 'Wirye Xi The City' later this month.

Wirye Xi The City is scheduled to be built on Block A2-6 in Changgok-dong, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province, the central location of Wirye New Town. It consists of public sale and newlywed hope town (sale and rental).

The complex will have 800 households in total, including 360 public sale units with exclusive areas of 74 to 84㎡ from basement 2 to ground 23 floors, 293 newlywed hope town sale units with exclusive areas of 46 to 59㎡, and 147 rental units. For the first time, a private construction company brand will be applied to the newlywed hope town apartments.

Public sales will be conducted through the Korea Real Estate Agency's Apply Home, and the newlywed hope town supply will be conducted through the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) Apply Center website.

Transportation benefits include proximity to the Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway and the Bundang-Suseo Urban Expressway. The Wirye Sinsa Line (planned) and Wirye Line (planned) are also nearby.

Convenient living facilities such as Starfield and Wirye Central Plaza commercial district are also located nearby. Within a radius of about 500m, there are kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools, and to the south, there are abundant green spaces such as Changgok Stream waterfront park and Wirye Neighborhood Park. The 4.4km specialized walking trail unique to Wirye New Town, 'Wirye Human Ring,' is also accessible.

Since Wirye New Town is a public housing site subject to the price ceiling system, the sale price is set at a reasonable price compared to the surrounding market price, and competition for subscription is expected to be fierce.

GS Construction stated, "It is targeted at non-homeowners, and compared to private sales, the weight of points for the period of being without a home and the number of children is smaller, so the possibility of winning for younger generations is higher."
