[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Young-eun] Kim Geun-sik, the head of the People Power Party's Songpa-byeong district in Seoul, said that the discord rumors among the members of the podcast radio 'Naneun Ggomsuda' (NaGgomSu) are caused by a "totalitarian culture that does not allow a single dissenting opinion."
On the 2nd, Kim posted on his Facebook, saying, "It is group thinking where a small number of hardliners dominate the entire organization. It is an undemocratic intolerance where differences are not accepted and only uniform voices prevail."
He continued, "Within the pro-Moon Jae-in camp, reasonable and moderate internal opinions are driven out as traitors and turncoats," explaining, "This is the reason why Geum Tae-seop was ousted." Kim added, "Now seeing even NaGgomSu members biting each other is truly a spectacle," and criticized, "The pro-Jo Guk defense squad and the pro-Moon loyalists are tearing each other apart to the point of pieces falling off. I expected this."
He also said, "There is a joke-like easy method to exterminate the progressive left," explaining, "'If you gather them all on a deserted island, they will fight and fight among themselves until only one remains.'
Previously, journalist Joo Jin-woo, who was a member of NaGgomSu, has been criticized by pro-Moon (Chinmun) supporters for 'defending Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol.'
Recently, on his KBS radio show 'Joo Jin-woo Live,' Joo expressed a critical stance toward Minister of Justice Choo Mi-ae, saying, "Even organizations like People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy and progressive groups, as well as the Justice Party, say 'Isn't Minister Choo Mi-ae going too far?'"
In response, NaGgomSu member Kim Yong-min posted on Facebook on the 2nd targeting Joo, saying, "He must clear the attitude of standing in a gray area, pretending not to be on Yoon Seok-yeol's side while acting like he is on this side." Also, Ji Mo, known as 'Whistleblower X,' who provided the recording file of Prosecutor General Han Dong-hoon to MBC, criticized Joo, saying, "(Prosecutor General Yoon and journalist Joo) have a relationship beyond friendship, already one of love and obsession."
