[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] On the day of the 2021 College Scholastic Ability Test, Thursday the 3rd, morning temperatures across most of the country will drop below freezing, making it cold.

With a slight breeze, the wind chill will make it feel 1 to 3 degrees colder, so test-takers should be careful to manage their body temperature.

Along the Jeolla West Coast, sporadic raindrops or snowflakes may fall from morning to afternoon.

The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -6 and 4 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 3 and 12 degrees Celsius.

Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to favorable atmospheric dispersion.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 2 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.

Wave heights in the open sea are expected to be 1 to 3 meters in the East Sea, 1 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
