In his statement, CEO Lee said, “This rehabilitation application was the best measure to normalize hospital operations such as salary payments and goods transactions, which were blocked due to the seizure of the accounts of the hospital directors, and to continuously repay debts through hospital operations, thereby reducing the damage to creditors.”
He emphasized, “I will do my utmost to prepare a sincere rehabilitation plan and restore the hospital to normal operations, making every effort to minimize damage to the good-faith creditors and hospital employees.”
Regarding fraud allegations raised against creditors, he stated, “No fact verification or right to rebuttal was given to me or the hospital regarding the rehabilitation application,” and flatly denied, “The suspicion that I committed fraud against creditors and that many creditors are opposing the rehabilitation application is not true.”
He further rebutted, “Currently, among my approximately 40 creditors, most support the hospital’s normal operation through rehabilitation and the repayment of debts, except for 2 to 3 individual creditors.”
CEO Lee promised, “I will do my best to quickly overcome the current crisis and faithfully repay debts to legitimate creditors, and at the same time, I will definitely take responsibility for the parts I must be accountable for.”
