Ssangbangwool Decides to Dispose of Over 7.42 Million Shares of Major Shareholder Kwangrim

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] Ssangbangwool announced on the 2nd that it has decided to dispose of 7,423,748 shares of Gwangrim, its largest shareholder engaged primarily in the manufacturing and sales of special purpose vehicles, for 14,736,139,780 KRW.

The company stated that the purpose is to secure cash liquidity.
