[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] KT has launched ‘Marketing Coach,’ an AI marketing integrated management solution that helps small and medium-sized merchants with digital marketing using big data and artificial intelligence (AI).
According to KT on the 2nd, Marketing Coach was released for small businesses, small merchants, and sole proprietors who wanted to start digital marketing but found it difficult due to high costs and complex methods.
With Marketing Coach, anyone can easily and conveniently create Naver search ads and Instagram ads. By linking accounts and entering the advertising budget and duration, it recommends keywords optimized for the brand and assists in creating ads.
For example, if a user runs a company selling camping supplies, it analyzes the demographic characteristics of netizens searching for camping-related keywords such as ‘Bulmeong’ and ‘camping chair’ and the characteristics of each keyword. It recommends keywords expected to drive high traffic to the user’s site and creates optimal ads by time slot and channel according to the keywords.
Advertising performance is also updated daily and provided. Through the dashboard function on PC and mobile, users can compare and manage advertising performance such as exposure and click counts by advertising channel at a glance, enabling efficient ad operation within the budget.
Additionally, in partnership with big data companies such as BC Card and Vibe Company, it provides trend analysis functions. The trend analysis features include ‘Interest Keyword Analysis,’ which analyzes popular search term trends on SNS, ‘Regional Trend Analysis,’ which analyzes demographic characteristics such as gender and age of search users, and ‘Consumer Data Analysis.’
Marketing Coach costs 110,000 KRW per month (VAT included), and free members can use the dashboard function. To commemorate the launch, KT offers a 3-month free usage benefit to the first 100 users. Kim Chae-hee, Head of KT AI/BigData Business Division (Executive Director), said, “Until now, digital marketing such as Naver search ads and SNS ads was difficult for small and medium-sized merchants to access easily due to high costs and management difficulties.
