ConnectValue Presents MZ Generation Non-Face-to-Face New Employee Training at HRD KOREA 2020

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] ConnectValue announced on the 2nd that it presented a non-face-to-face training program for new employees of the MZ generation at the HRD KOREA 2020 conference held from the 23rd to the 26th of last month.

The 27th Korea Human Resource Development Comprehensive Conference HRD KOREA 2020, hosted by the Korea HRD Association, is a non-face-to-face event presenting directions and achievements for human resource development in the era of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The conference was divided into 40 sections, 20 expo sections, and the HRD Awards, with 600 companies participating.

At this conference, ConnectValue introduced its MZ generation training program Manbanjalbu CLASS under the theme "MZ Generation New Employees, Finding the Answer to Non-Face-to-Face Training," showcasing its unique non-face-to-face training features and training methods. ConnectValue CEO Yang Yonghoon, who gave the presentation, emphasized suitable content, optimized operation methods, and specialized lecture capabilities based on ConnectValue’s know-how gained through over 800 hours of non-face-to-face training for about 1,000 participants.

In response to the shift to non-face-to-face training due to COVID-19, ConnectValue thoroughly prepared an integrated manual for safety accidents and COVID-19 response and set up lecture rooms optimized for non-face-to-face training, conducting regular inspections and rehearsals of the training venues.

A company official explained, “Using our excellent in-house cloud-based solution ‘ClassPage’ for training planning and operation management, we stably operated training for learners and instructors new to non-face-to-face education within a short time. We successfully led team building, collaboration games, team activities, and presentations for over 100 new employees, which were thought to be difficult in non-face-to-face training, and overcame the limitations of non-face-to-face training evaluation through stable and highly satisfactory operations of company choir, online exam management, and completion ceremonies.”

ConnectValue CEO Yang Yonghoon said, “In preparation for the untact era caused by COVID-19, our company has been researching and preparing non-face-to-face training since the first half of this year. We will strive to become the standard for non-face-to-face corporate training that provides new educational content, spatially immersive training, and organic online-offline learning experiences.”
