[Asia Economy Reporter Wondara] Hyundai Department Store announced on the 1st that it will transfer human and physical assets related to its insurance business to its affiliate Hyundai Home Shopping.
The transfer price is 10.871 billion KRW, and the scheduled transfer date is the 31st of this month. The company explained the purpose of the transfer as "improving management efficiency."
