Motrol's total capital amounts to approximately 158.4 billion KRW, with total liabilities and capital totaling 354.9 billion KRW. The company explained, "Since this division is a simple physical division, all shares of the newly established corporation will be 100% allocated to the dividing company, and there will be no allocation of shares to the shareholders of the dividing company, nor any consolidation or split of shares related to this."
