Dongwon Biz Platform at Seongseo Industrial Complex Station, which attracted attention as the first transit-oriented complex knowledge industry center in Seongseo Industrial Complex, will be completed in November and move-in will begin on December 15.
Dongwon Biz Platform is drawing attention as it is located at the center of Seongseo Industrial Complex, which has recently undergone a revolutionary transformation. Seongseo Industrial Complex is the only general industrial complex nationwide selected as a target site for both the Industrial Complex Renovation and Smart Industrial Complex projects, signaling a major transformation into a future-oriented advanced industrial complex.
The Industrial Complex Renovation project is an aging industrial complex regeneration initiative centered on the hub industrial complex, Seongseo Industrial Complex, encompassing the 3rd Industrial Complex, Seodaegu Industrial Complex, the former Gyeongbuk Provincial Government site, Samsung Creative Campus, Kyungpook National University, the comprehensive distribution complex, and EXCO. Selected in May for the Industrial Complex Renovation contest, Seongseo Industrial Complex is simultaneously designated as a target site for the Smart Green Industrial Complex project, which converts traditional manufacturing-centered industrial complexes into smart and eco-friendly manufacturing spaces. This allows the implementation of a total of 44 projects with a total budget of 881.3 billion KRW. Due to these changes in Seongseo Industrial Complex, the new industrial and office space, Dongwon Biz Platform, is expected to gain even more prominence.
Dongwon Biz Platform boasts an optimal location as a knowledge industry center. It is situated within 500 meters of Seongseo Industrial Complex Station on Subway Line 2, with excellent transportation access including Dalgu-bul Road, Namdaegu I.C., and Seongseo I.C. The surrounding living infrastructure within a 1 km walking radius is also excellent, including E-Mart, Lotte Cinema, and Galsan Park.
As an all-in-one knowledge industry center, it provides the optimal environment for industrial activities.
