Individual Test Results for Grades 3-4 Are Not Yet Available

According to health authorities on the 30th, a third-grade student at Salesio Elementary School in Gwangju was confirmed positive, and mass testing of school staff and students all showed negative results.
Student A, classified as Gwangju case number 700, was linked to a church visited by Jeonnam case number 379 and tested positive on the same day.
Accordingly, health authorities conducted tests for third and fourth graders, who had remote classes, at local screening clinics in their residential areas, while fifth and sixth graders were tested at a screening clinic set up at the school.
All fifth and sixth graders tested at the school screening clinic received negative results, but the individual test results for third and fourth graders have not yet been released.
Salesio Elementary School plans to switch all grades to remote learning for one day on the 1st and will decide on further measures after monitoring the situation from the 2nd.
