Hillsstate Bongdam to Supply 1,004 Households Next Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Hyundai Construction announced on the 30th that it plans to recruit tenants in December for the public-supported private rental housing "Hillstate Bongdam" being built in B-3 Block of Bongdam 2 District, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi Province.

The complex consists of 11 buildings ranging from 1 basement floor to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, with a total of 1,004 units sized between 62 and 84㎡ (exclusive area). By area, it is composed of various small to medium-sized floor plans including ▲62A㎡ 80 units ▲72㎡A 88 units ▲72㎡B 222 units ▲84A㎡ 614 units.

Public-supported private rental housing allows anyone aged 19 or older who is a member of a household without a home to apply for subscription regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account, income level (based on general supply), or place of residence. Residents can live for up to 8 years, and there is no restriction on re-winning during subscription. Initial rent is about 95% of the surrounding market price, and rent increase rate is limited to within 5% per year.

It is convenient to use the Pyeongtaek-Paju Expressway, Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway (Bongdam-Dongtan section), and Gwacheon-Bongdam Urban Expressway via Bongdam IC. Omokcheon Station on the Suin Line double-track railway, opened in September, is also nearby. There is a central commercial district right in front of the complex for convenient living, and large retail facilities such as Homeplus, AK Plaza, and Lotte Mall are nearby.

The entire complex is mainly oriented southward and designed with slab-type layouts to enhance openness. Each unit is provided with an entrance storage room, dressing room, pantry (72㎡A and B), and built-in storage space. A daycare center is planned within the complex, and a community center equipped with an indoor children's playground, moms' cafe, fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range, and sauna will be established.

In partnership with Woori Leo PMC, a professional residential service management company, paid services such as separated waste collection, air conditioner cleaning, moving support, used car appraisal, and sick house syndrome removal will be provided to residents, and a "Greeting" service delivering healthy meal plans to homes will also be introduced.

The model house is located at 895-1 Maesonggosaek-ro, Gwonseon-gu, Suwon-si. Move-in is scheduled for June 2021.
