The IQOS Store is a dedicated space where customers can experience the latest products and receive differentiated one-on-one customer service. Customers visiting the store can be the first to see limited edition devices and accessories, receive detailed guidance on correct device usage, precautions, cleaning, and maintenance methods. They can also purchase various devices and accessories, including the ‘IQOS 3 DUO,’ which allows two consecutive uses without recharging the holder.
Opened on the 27th, the IQOS Store Namyangju is located within the Namyangju Hyundai Premium Outlet, which has the largest catchment area covering the eastern Seoul and Gyeonggi regions. It is close to major roads such as Bukbu Expressway, Outer Ring Road, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and Olympic-daero, offering excellent road accessibility. It is convenient for consumers from eastern Seoul areas such as Gangnam, Gangdong, Songpa, and Gyeonggi areas like Hanam and Guri to visit. The IQOS Store, previously located mainly in western Seoul, has expanded to the eastern region, enabling more satisfactory customer service.

With the opening of the Namyangju store, the total number of IQOS Stores nationwide has increased to 21, including Seoul Gwanghwamun, Seoul Garosu-gil, Busan Centum City, Goyang Starfield, Gimpo Hyundai Premium Outlet, and Daejeon Hyundai Premium Outlet.
